Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work at Why Not Fitness.

Return window. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Condition of items. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with any tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on used grips or opened personal-use items unless they're faulty.

How to start a return. Email us at [your support email] with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send anything back before contacting us.

Return shipping. If you've changed your mind, you're responsible for the return postage. If the item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we'll cover the return cost and arrange a replacement or full refund.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (your bank may take a little longer to show it).

Faulty or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll sort a replacement or full refund — postage included — at no cost to you.

Delivery times & non-arrival. Orders ship from our suppliers and typically arrive within 15–20 days. If yours hasn't arrived within 30 days, contact us and we'll track it down or arrange a refund.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that can't be excluded — you're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
